Islamic affairs minister inspects Umrah services at Jeddah airport

RIYADH: Saudi Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance Dr. Abdullatif Al-Asheikh toured King Abdulaziz International Airport to inspect the services provided to Umrah visitors arriving in Jeddah, specifically the counters at the airport which offer information, and scientific and electronic services to visitors during Ramadan.

Al-Asheikh met with the ministry’s officials and staff at the passport and customs departments. He urged employees to exert more efforts to serve Umrah visitors and facilitate airport procedures.

The minister also took part in services for pilgrims, including distributing brochures and scientific manuals.

Al-Asheikh said his visit to the airport aimed to ensure that the quality of services provided by staff is in line with the objectives of the ministry. He commended the excellent work done by supervisors who excel in providing quality services to guests.
